Christmas Eve
Nativity
Kirk took this picture. I would love to put it on a Christmas card in the future. I thought it captured the season very well. When you look in the mirror, you can see the Christmas tree in the background. But the most important part of Christmas is depicted in the forefront. I think I purchased this Nativity when Kirk and I were first married. It has almost made it through five kids and approximately sixteen Christmases. We place it on top of our piano every year.



Christmas Eve party with all the Lymans
Here is a picture of Daisy and Laiah. They had so much fun on Christmas Eve. We hardly heard a peep from them. They stayed pretty busy with toys, playing games and frosting cookies for Santa. They are both seven-years-old. It is fun to watch them be together.




Christmas Eve party 2010
This is Kaydee and Jenna with their cousin Kailana.
She is a year younger than Kaydee. They also had a fun night being with each other.



Daisy gets oats and glitter each year to sprinkle on the lawn so Santa's reindeer sees our home (sparkley glitter) and gets something to eat (oats). Here she is getting the yard ready on Christmas Eve.



Jenna loves to have us read and look at books with her. Kirk was able to get a picture of her holding a book up with her legs while flipping through the pages with her hands. It was very funny!!



Kirk picked up Mason from the airport on Sunday, January 2, 2011. He went on a trip to the Rose Bowl in California. His band (Richland High School) was invited to be a part of the Rose Parade. Mason had a great time. Each day was filled to the brim with activities. When he arrived home Sunday afternoon he slept and slept until the following afternoon!!



We love to take pictures of Jenna bathing. They usually turn out pretty cute.Hanna took both of the following shots. She is a pretty good photographer. This is the first time we put bubbles in the bath for Jenna to play with. However, it didn't turn out all fun and smiles like we thought it would. She actually got very mad and frustrated when the bubbles kept sticking to her.

Jenna has this little cheesy smile. Kirk was able to catch it just at the right time. She almost looks like a little bald man with the top of her head being cut off in the picture.



This is a picture of Daisy (7 1/2 years old) reading a book. She really enjoys reading books. It is one of her favorite activities to do after school and on  the weekends. Especially if her older sisters are out of the house or aren't around to hang out with. 




Usually the Sunday before Christmas we take a family photo. However, this year we forgot to do that. So this picture ended up being taken a couple of weeks later. Hence the jeans and t-shirts.



Mason had a winter band concert in early January. The music was beautiful. Ever since Mason has learned how to play the French horn, it has become one of my favorite instruments to listen to.




Here is Jenna at her first birthday party. I decided to make her a Dora cake. She loves to look at Dora books and watch Dora movies. I haven't made a cake for the kids in some time. It was fun to do, but very time consuming. Jenna loved "digging" into the cake.

She turned 1 on 1-11-11!!




I had to add this final picture in just for Kirk. This year he had his magical 40th birthday. The kids and I decided to buy all black decorations. His birthday is two days after Jenna's. We enjoyed all the cake and ice cream that week.
